A Surprise visitor…

It is not every day that people pass our office hiking, cycling or using other methods of human propelled travel but it does happen on occasion. Yesterday a man was spotted lugging a robust 75 lb. pack, a hefty wooden walking stick, and two beautiful dogs. Curious about his journey, and not knowing what to expect, I made the Frogger-like dash across route 130 to chat with the stranger.

As luck may have it the man was no stranger at all, it was Luke from 2dogs2000miles . Rob was in touch with Luke many months ago to keep him and the dogs safe as they walk from Austin to Boston for Canine Cancer. Both dogs wear PTec Eco Flares around their neck to keep them visible on busy roads, and now Luke is staying illuminated with a new 4 LED Fuel and Swerve to be seen.

Luke is in the last leg of his journey and has several upcoming events so check out 2dogs2000miles.blogspot.com for the latest info and how you can be involved.

Hitting the road. That’s what this is all about.

Life at PT sure is interesting, but it’s what happens when we saddle up and head out of Bordentown that fuels our passion and provides inspiration. Our travels present the opportunity to explore new places, see old friends, meet strangers that grow into old friends, and share our enthusiasm for the outdoors. www.livingonthedash.com is our outlet to share these experiences.

Sit back, enjoy and spread the love.
